He's incredibly responsive and always shows up when something needs attention. Ive seen him handle bugs and urgent fixes independently, often jumping in without being asked, and doing it with precision.

His builds are consistently solid, and on top of that, he's just great to work with. approachable, easy-going, and really collaborative. One thing l especially appreciate is how he takes the time to explain technical| stuff in a way that's clear and accessible. As a PM, that makes a huge difference.
